We're in the early stages and would love to hear your thoughts! What other meal planning apps have you tried? What are your biggest challenges with meal prep?
Mostly the good stuff! We’re focusing on whole foods—think fresh meats & veggies and flavorful spice blends and sauces. While the app will be built around a low-carb, "real food" foundation, it’s totally flexible. If you want to toss in some pasta, rice, or a big slice of sourdough, go for it! We provide the base; you choose the adventure.
Truthfully? Not yet, but we would love to hear from you! While the initial rollout will focus on meat-based meals, we would like to support high protein vegetarian and vegan meals in the future.
Everything we're designing is naturally gluten-free and nut-free. For our dairy-free friends: most of our flavor comes from custom spice mixes, but some of our creamy sauces use Greek yogurt. We'll be working on a "dairy-free toggle" so you can easily see which parts of the meal to swap out or skip so you don't have to second-guess anything.
While we provide recipes, we include the SAME prep instructions for meats and flavoring rather than following a separate set of instructions every time you cook something new. We're also focused on simplifying the planning process by selecting 3 proteins, 4 vegetables, and 3 flavor profiles that you can mix and match throughout the week, which means 1) buying fewer ingredients from the store, 2) spending less time on meal prep, 3) reducing waste.
Because you deserve to feel good! We’re skipping the processed stuff and focusing on the basics that actually fill you up. It’s all about great ingredients and big flavors that make eating well feel like the easiest part of your day.
